GATR of Sauk Rapids: Proud Sponsor of the Rapids River Days Parade

GATR of Sauk Rapids is the truck center that is proud to sponsor the Rapids River Days Parade. For those that don’t know, the Rapids River Days Parade is a four-day event that celebrates life in Sauk Rapids as well as promotes some worthy causes within our community. GATR Truck Center helped sponsor the event, and we were also proud to march in the parade.

During the parade on Friday, June 25, GATR Truck Center had a GATR Parts Truck and a blue Volvo VNL860 driving through the parade. From our staff, Hana Reiter, Kenzi Eisenschenk, Jennifer Maus, Justin Conerton, Bruce Nathan and Tammy Mohs were all happy to participate.

Our GATR Truck Center mascot was also excited to be in attendance where he greeted and took pictures with kids in attendance. Every year, the Rapids River Days Parade has a pageant on the first day, followed by a parade on the second.

On the third day, there is a 5K walk/run and a 1k walk/run for Tanner’s Team. Tanner’s Team is a foundation to help families with children that are fighting life-threatening illness. On day four, there is a food festival.
