Groundbreaking Ceremony Held for GATR Truck Center

GATR Truck Center’s owners Bob and Lysa Neitzke broke ground on their new dealership June 17th, 2015 in Elk River, MN. GATR plans to build a 46,000 square foot truck dealership and maintenance facility on a 15 acre plot of land. This plot of land is located in the Nature’s Edge Business Center which is near HWY 10 and 171st Ave.

GATR Truck Center currently has three locations in Sauk Rapids, MN, Cedar Rapids, IA, and Des Moines, IA. They plan to open the Elk River dealership in early 2016! The building and parking area will cover about 9.5 acres of the site with room for 130 trucks (new, used, & service). This location will employ 75-80 people in the first year!

Elk River’s council member Jennifer Wagner welcomed GATR Truck Center and thanked them for bringing new jobs to the city.
