Volvo Truck Service Schedule
When you want to get the most out of your truck, it’s so important you don’t miss Volvo truck service at GATR Truck Center. Keep this schedule in mind to give your new Volvo truck the service it needs.
Main Service Schedule
We recommend scheduling service, at a minimum, every 12 months at our Volvo service center. Our trained and certified technicians will ensure that your vehicle gets a comprehensive inspection.
This is also the time we conduct your annual BEV inspection service, if you drive an electric truck. Outside of an annual inspection, you’ll also want to follow the mileage intervals recommended in your owner’s manual for your maintenance appointments.
Engine Maintenance
Your engine maintenance schedule may differ, depending on if you drive a normal duty, heavy duty, or severe duty Volvo truck. For normal duty trucks, we recommend you schedule engine maintenance every 55,000 miles.
This includes an oil change, as well as an engine oil filter and fuel filter replacement. If you utilize Volvo premium motor oil VDS-5, you can stretch out oil changes to every 60,000 miles.
Other Maintenance
There are a variety of other maintenance tasks that your Volvo truck needs. These tasks include filter replacements, replenishments of other fluids under your hood, chassis lubrication, axle alignment, and more.
Our specially trained technicians will ensure that your truck gets the service you need at every maintenance appointment. We understand time is money and will work quickly and efficiently during your service appointments to get your truck taken care of.
Keep in mind, this schedule is recommended for new Volvo trucks. Your recommended schedule may differ if you own a high-mileage truck or older model. Reach out to our dealership for Volvo service or genuine Volvo parts – we’ve got you covered!
