Tuition Reimbursement
Courses must be taken at an accredited college, a university, an approved trade school, or an approved technical school.
May provide up to $200 per month in educational assistance reimbursements to all approved employees eligible after 90 calendar days of service.
Interest-Free Tool Loans
GATR agrees to purchase tools and will allow the employee to use the stated tools while working for GATR until the tool loan is paid in full through bi-weekly paycheck deductions.
During the term of the agreement, the tools will be in the care and custody of the employee, and therefore, any necessary repairs or replacements will be the responsibility of the employee.
Laptop Agreements
Agreement to rent a laptop computer from GATR Truck Center for a period of 1 year. Payments will be deducted over 26 payrolls equaling one-half of the retail cost of the unit.
At the end of the 1-year rental period with completion of all 26 rental payments, you will own the laptop.
